On September 9, 2022 the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) released long-awaited interim guidance detailing how employers may be able to terminate workers suspected of being under the influence of cannabis or other substances while on the job.
The Chapter, in conjunction with Chapter Counsel, Cohen Seglias, has prepared the memo linked below summarizing the interim guidance, including best practices and tips for employers.
